Right of Withdrawal for eBooks and Other Digital Goods<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

We inform you that you are entitled to the rights provided by consumer protection legislation, and in particular the provisions of Law 2251\/1994, as interpreted and applied by analogy to this case. More specifically, you should be aware that, in accordance with Article 10 of Law 2251\/1994, as applied by analogy, you have the right to withdraw from this contract without providing any reason within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day following the one on which you acquired physical possession of the goods.<\/p>\n\n

To exercise this right, you must inform our company, IVISKOS PUBLICATIONS (Address: 49 Arachovis St., Exarchia, 10681, Athens, Tel.: +30 210 8021333, email: info@iviskospublications.gr), by postal mail or email.<\/p>\n\n

Returned goods must not have been used and must be in excellent condition, exactly as they were prior to sale, in their complete original packaging and with all included contents (accessories, specification leaflets, stickers, gifts, etc.).<\/p>\n\n

If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund all money received from you by depositing it into the bank account you specify, including, where applicable, delivery costs (excluding additional costs due to your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), without undue delay and in any case within 20 calendar days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal. You are obliged to return the goods to our company by post (at your own expense) without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal from this agreement. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the books. We are entitled to delay the refund until we have received the goods back.<\/p>\n\n

Right of withdrawal from ebook and other digital goods orders<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n

We inform you that you have the rights defined by the consumer protection provisions, and specifically the provisions of Law 2251\/1994, interpreted and applied analogously to this specific case. More specifically, you should be aware that, according to Article 10 of Law 2251\/1994, applied analogously, you have the right to withdraw from this agreement without cause within 14 calendar days from the day after you acquired possession of the goods and before the completion of the installation of the digital goods on your computer and\/or tablet and\/or mobile phone.<\/p>\n\n

In this case, please notify us of your intention to withdraw via email at info@iviskospublications.gr, and we will refund the full amount you paid by depositing it into the bank account you specify within 20 days at the latest from the day of our notification. If you have \u201copened\u201d (clicked on) the hyperlink of the digital book (e-book), it is not possible for us to issue a refund because our service has been completed, and the return of the product is not technically feasible.<\/p>\n\n

Return of defective goods<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n

At IVISKOS Publications, we ensure the excellent quality of our goods and assure you that we perform all necessary checks before making them available for sale.However, if a defective item is found, we will confirm after a technical inspection that the defect is not due to misuse and will replace it with a new one, if available, within 14 calendar days from the return date.<\/p>\n\n

In cases where availability is an issue, by arrangement, we can replace the defective item with another of equal value, or refund all money received from you by depositing it into the bank account you specify.All shipping costs arising from the return process of defective goods are covered by us.<\/p>\n\n
